The idea behind the project...

MGIM was born from Mediterranean women in the music industry with the intention of spreading the stories of professionals in this fied.

The need for more women in the sector has been expressed many times in the media. Furthermore, the Mediterranean area has a rich musical heritage that is sometimes overshadowed by larger markets

For this reason, even if we write about everyone regardless of their gender and location, the blog has a focus on Mediterranean women with the aim of highlighting their value and the local market.

Thanks to MGIM, industry professionals from Mediterranean countries (and not only) will have the opportunity to tell their stories and be an inspiration for future generations.
