La Noia is Angelina Mango’s song that will represent Italy. We talked in depth about her in this article but basically it is a song about boredom. However, this feeling is not seen as something negative but as something to start from in order to continually overcome yourself. To stop boredom, you can try to do something new and this is a synonymous of rebirth: despite the crown of thorns (corona di spine), Angelina laughs and celebrates. This concept was impeccably brought to the stage of Sanremo, where Angelina sang her song in a cheerful and carefree manner. Will she do the same for Eurovsion? We have to wait and see!
Teresa & Maria - Al'ona Al'ona e Jerry Heil
Teresa & Maria is the song by rapper Al'ona Al'ona and singer Jerry Heil, competing in the Eurovision Song Contest to represent Ukraine. The two artists have created a perfect harmony through the contrast between their voices, giving life to an anthem of perseverance. Teresa & Maria is a song that, starting from its musical base, instills strength, power, and courage. It's a song that encourages you not to give up on life challenges reminding us that even saints like the Virgin Mary and Mother Teresa have faced many obstacles. Zari - Marina Satti
Zari is the song that will represent Greece and is sung by Marina Satti. Marina is a Greek singer known to mix traditional elements with modern ones. The song is a mix between pop and folk and the word Zari refers to a traditional embellishment used in Greek clothes and jewels. Aiko is the singer competing to represent the Czech Republic with Pedestal, an extraordinary song that shouts self-love. Liar - Silia Kapsis
Liar by Silia Kapsis is the song that will represent Cyprus at the 2024 Eurovision Song Contest. It talks about betrayal, more precisely it is about the lies that are usually told to save what it is left of a relationship. It's a song that has a strong impact not so much because of the title but because of its message: it is about being impassive towards others' judgments. It talks about how women are always subject to jokes regardless of what they do. Zorra reminds us that we must be proud of ourselves, that our independence and freedom cannot be diminished by a simple insult.
Fighter - TALI
Tali, singer born in 2000, will represent Luxembourg with the song Fighter. With its French lyrics, Fighter tells us the importance of overcoming obstacles and facing dfficulties. The song emanates strenght, determination and energy as it is about empowerment. This is expressed very well not only through its lyrics but also through the song's pop production.
Sand - SABA
Sand is the debut song of the artist SABA, representing Denmark in the contest. Sand is a song with delicate sensitivity because it speaks of a relationship that is falling apart, of how lovers become mere strangers. SABA with her deep voice expresses all the sadness that remains, the inability to understand what went wrong in that relationship, as if everything that was built was as fragile as a sandcastle slipping through her fingers.
The Tower - LUNA
Luna represent Poland with The Tower. This song is very personal to the singer as it talks about consistently developing and discovering herself. The element of the tower is used as a representation of the psyche since the goal is inned peace. The Tower wants to be an average represetation of humans' interior journey and it transmits all of this, the complexity of human beings but also their happiess after a long journey.
Firefighter - Nutsa
Firefighter is the song from Georgia performed by Nutsa. The song has a compelling strength that makes you part of the entire evolution of a relationship that rises from the ashes after trying everything to extinguish the fire that was ruining that love. Firefighter tells us that often the most insidious fire can be extinguished with the power of love because it is a feeling so imposing that it can conquer all.
Scared of Heights - Hera Björk
Scared of Heights by Hera Björk represents Iceland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. It describes the feeling of taking decisions that are out of our comfort zone. This feeling is compared to being scared of heights just like, sometimes we might be scared of taking a particular decision. However, Hera sings that going out of our comfort zone is something that enriches ourselves. We will rave represents Austria through the voice of Kaleen. This song is about being at a rave and celebrates partying and clubbing without thinking of anything else that the singe wants to forget. Ulveham - Gåte
Ulveham by Gåte is a Norwegian song that translates to Wolf's Home in English. The lyrics are about nature and, more precisely, wolves and their most mythical side. It mixes rock and folk elements with sounds that bring you to a more natural atmosphere, as if you were in the forest with the singer. The relationship between wolves and humans is described through strong lyrics, we will have to wait to discover this song's destiny in the competition.
Loop - Sarah Bonnici
Loop is the song by Sarah Bonnici representing Malta at the Eurovision Song Contest. It is an erotic song that speaks about how a passionate relationship transitioned from healthy to addictive ending up in a loop of mutual desire between the partners. Grito - Iolanda
To represent Portugal there will be Iolanda with the song Grito (Scream). It's an intense song that speaks of the weight of existence and of the the difficulties to face. Despite the challenges to be faced, with the help of the stars, she will find the courage to move forward, becoming resilient like a flame that will never stop burning.
Veronika - Raiven
Raiven will represent Slovenia at Eurovision with the song Veronika. The song "Veronika" seems to speak of one's own alter ego that refuses to recognize the other self, where all insecurities, fears, and weaknesses are reflected. It's an internal dialectical dialogue of denial and acceptance that finds reconciliation towards the end.

Armenia will be represented by the duo Ladaniva made by Jaklin Baghdasaryan and Louis Thomas with the song Jako. The song is in Armenian and the word jako means very/much. Consequently, it evokes joy and describes a good time. The song communicates happiness and it is very representative of Armenia and its culture. Even the clothes the duo wearsare very typical. Natalia Barbu will represent Moldova with the song In The Middle. Hurricane - Eden Golan
Hurricane by Eden Golan will represent Israel. The song is about resilience and talks about a difficult a moment when the singer was feeling overwhelmed by some storms in her life. The hurricane represents a feeling of upheaval since, after it, everything is broken and destructed. However, facing these kinds of challenges makes you me stronger and determined to overcome them so the song is overall very powerful and hopeful.
Doomsday Blue - Bambie Thug
Representing Ireland, we have Bambie Thug with Doomsday Blue. The song, with its pop-rock-metal rhythms, expresses all the sadness and pain one feels after a broken heart, because it was unrequited.
