Who Believes in Angels? is an album that speaks of rebirth, of light after dark times, and of the importance of staying true to oneself even when everything seems to fall apart. Elton and Brandi’s voices blend naturally — despite their contrast, harmony emerges spontaneously, as if they were made to complete one another.

Among the standout tracks are Swing For The Fences and A Little Light, two songs bursting with positive energy and a desire for redemption, with lyrics that seem to lift the listener’s spirit. Music has always been about making people feel good — and that’s exactly what Elton and Brandi have done.

Their collaboration was born from a deep friendship and mutual admiration. Elton John, moved by Brandi Carlile’s talent and sensitivity, wanted to involve her in a unique project — not just a single duet, but an entire album created together. The recordings took place in just 20 days at the famous Sunset Sound Studios in Los Angeles, in an atmosphere full of emotional and creative intensity. As Brandi revealed, some tension emerged, but it only enriched the artistic process.

The two artists truly shined with Who Believes in Angels?, especially thanks to their ability to blend different genres, such as Elton John’s classic rock and Brandi Carlile’s folk-country roots.
